Hope your sleep schedule gets better AncientMoody!

Just finished my exercises. Thinking of starting to take multivitamins, my walk kills me. It's about a 15 minute walk and my legs feel like they're gonna fall off when I'm done, I've been doing it nearly every day for several weeks too, maybe I need more potassium.
