Have you turned him in for lack of child support? The law is on your side in this. Most states are getting much tougher on dead-beat dads so it's worth the effort. It will take some time but you won't be any worse off than you are now while you wait for them to catch up with him. How old is your daughter? If his visits or lack of them is upsetting to her then I believe that to be the most important problem and you should do whatever it takes to make her world feel good to her. Good Luck!
