I don't think you will be an emotional wreck. Going to a T is kind of a long process. The most important thing at first is to establish a connection. To figure out if you can work with each other. And yes chances are they will ask what it is you want to get out of it. I always have a hard time with that. Its easy to think...well ideally I want to be 100% cured and be a perfect human being.....duh.
Maybe write down what it is that brought you there, and what it is you want to work on.
