I know how you feel, I think - the idea of anyone being able to identify me is very frightening. But you can make sure that any details that might give you away are left out, or change some things that don't affect what you need to share but would put people off the track.

I have found it very helpful being on this forum - I hope that you are able to find some support, whether here or elsewhere.
