Random people are not supposed to reach out and physically touch you. I've been catcalled more times than I can count, but I've never had a man physically grab me on the street because that's grounds for assault and my reflex would probably be something along the lines of throwing a punch. Carry pepper spray with you in your purse for peace of mind. Next time someone randomly touches you, say please don't do that, and walk away.
