My daughter really went after me with words. Accused me wrongfully. Hurt my feelings. Did not help or support me at a difficult time. My husband was about to have heart surgery and she was hitting me with words. So I am angry, hurt and unfortunately turned inward in this hurtful way. It has happened before but I didn't get so stuck in it. I am struggling with ruminating over it. So hard to stop when I can't seem to come to any conclusion as to how to better the situation. Had to postpone my counseling session today until Wed. Wanted to deal with some of this. It is affecting my life!
