I have a circadian rhythm disorder, so time change (and the difference in the amount of sunlight) really throws me off. I use a light box to reset my circadian rhythm, but they're pretty expensive--mine was a little over $200. It actually works better if you can get about an hour of sunlight every morning when you first wake up, but where I live, winter tends to be cloudy and dim most of the time.

Other than that, I think it's probably just a matter of letting your body sort itself out, unfortunately.
