You're going to get through it one day at a time and not think about how long others have been there for because they're not in the same boat as you and each individual on this planet is unique.

I get what you are saying. The other day my aunt posted on facebook "Today is 30 years that I've been at the same company" and I thought what the hell! Probably the longest I've stuck around is two and a half years but I have to realise that she is different to me and she doesn't have any kind of diagnosis. Still working on getting the monkey off my back.
