I am new here and don't understand a few things.

I read the general guidelines and some of the tutorial threads, but could not find answers to my questions.

I understand that 5 posts are required for chat, but what are social groups? When I try to access it, I get an error message that my account has insufficient privileges or has been disabled.

Also I see a link for My Mood. When I click on Change Mood nothing happens. Should I be able to change it?
