As far as the various supplements that you are taking (calcium, magnesium, zinc, 5-HTP and fish oil (source of essential fatty acids)) are concerned, dietary deficiencies in them are rare.

You might find it helpful to talk with a dietitian.

Dietitians are evidence-based health professionals - one of them will be able to review what you eat and (if indicated) suggest changes to what you eat which will ensure that you get adequate levels of the nutrients which you are currently taking as supplements.
