Today I bought myself a new winter coat, cleaned my bedroom and the kitchen, went for a walk, ate healthy, and had NO ANXIETY. I went out in public and had no problems as far as that went. I did my makeup and hair nice too.

And took a nice shower. I FEEL REALLY GOOD TODAY. IT HAS BEEN GOOD! I also drew some gesture drawings in my sketchbook and it's been FOREVER since I've drawn anything.
I think it is SO important, regardless if we're in a high or a low, to recognise what we did throughout the day, even if it's just something small and simple. It counts.
