hey Jmoore, I'm dealing with anxiety and stuff about 4 years now.. and still didn't find behavioral t :/ no behavioral t for insurance in my city, only private eh. the problem with mental hospital besides creepy looking building is that they would me force to take meds there, when i always felt waaay worse after meds... and today after visiting doc he said seems like i have underactive thyroid and it can be one of the reasons of my panic attacks dd etc :c
