I'm not sure I have much advice but I can commiserate, I feel the same way about my therapist. There's a wealth of info online, and understanding it might help. I've managed to start to talk about it, I wouldn't rush it or feel bad... It just takes time to reach that level of trust and comfort to open up on this topic, but it could happen in time. That being said I'm not sure it's helped me any. I feel just as obsessed as I did a year ago. :/. I hope things get better for you. Maybe meds could help take the edge off?
