No no no, this is not good. You must go back to work and have them give you a pink slip. If you simply do not show up without an excuse, it would be harder to prove their wrongdoing later on. Things would get messy - the employer did something wrong and you did something wrong. You should not quit like that. If you simply cannot tolerate this kind of attitude, then you need to write to them saying that they created intolerable working conditions, listing everything in detail, and, send a copy of that letter to OCR.
