I agree with some of the other posters.
Classical conditioning may have some benefits, but I find it insulting to be told that all I have to do is snap my fingers.....
Anxiety is horrible....rather than asking yourself "what if", you could try saying "what's the worst that could happen?" I find that when I ask myself that, no matter how horrible of a scenario I come up with for an answer, it seems a little less ominous and a lot more manageable.
Just an idea.
