The most reported side effects are arm soreness or tenderness at the injection site afterward as mentioned above but as MTJ mentions, taking Advil / ibuprofen is what recommended to help with this; it goes away shortly. Otherwise many experience no side effects. If you have any other symptoms than those mentioned above, contact your doc immediately or seek emergency help.
