I've never heard of it being used for nail biting/anxiety. It's an anti psychotic med and is usually used to treat bipolar or schizophrenia. I'd be curious to see how well it works for your case and cases like yours.

But back to your questions, I've been on it for over a year and the only side effect I've noticed is weight gain. I'm currently on 2mg and I know it can cause muscle stiffness but I don't recall seeing anything about it affect lymph nodes. If you're concerned with this being a side effect you can always go to a local pharmacy and ask the pharmacist and they should know or even call your doctor to ask them.
