I'd like to know if these 2 dreams mean anything and if so what do they mean?

The first one was that I went to my PCP and was telling him how I felt like none of my meds were helping me besides one that he didn't prescribe for my kidneys and he pretty much refused to change anything about any of them. I take both Citalopram and Wellbutrin for depression and I read somewhere that Citalopram can cause muscle spasms and I think that that's the only thing it is doing for me so I am hoping when I go for a physical in January he'll change that one and up my meds for sleep, and to help the muscle spasms and actually give me something for pain that is better than Hydrocodone, but deep down I know he probably won't change any of it so this one went the way I expected it to.

My second dream didn't exactly go the way I expected. In it a friend of mine that, I've known since high school, came home from England where she is currently living with her Air Force husband and their 7 kids she stayed for a while but after a while I had found something important that I really wanted to show her and I couldn't find her anywhere in my home. I looked outside and her car was gone but she didn't tell me she had to go or that she was leaving.

If anyone can help me figure out these 2 dreams I'd be grateful!
