Hi Miguel'smom, currently I'm not under a psychiatrist, just my gp who has referred me to the mental health team, I will have a visit from a mental health support worker in two weeks, after I tried the larger dosage of my meds.
I was seeing a hypnotherapist for some weeks, which really helped, but felt that I was in a much better place so stopped going... Also it's not cheap [emoji17]
