It's probably anxiety rather than diabetes, but I don't know for sure. As the others have said, you could check-up with your doctor and see what's up.

If you're feeling anxiety, trying to relax, feeling it all in your body, and breathing deeply can help. Meditation can cut anxiety way down too. And while you're at the doctor's office, see if he can perhaps prescribe Xanax or Ativan for panic attacks.
