I was put on 400mg of Seroquel to put me to sleep when I was admitted to the hospital. That did the trick. Of course, I didn't wake up until 10:00 the next morning. What's working for me at the moment is 50mg Trazadone and 50 mg Seroquel (immediately release). However, I've had a night or two that nothing worked. Just can't turn off the brain sometimes.
