I agree, and the pdoc might feel this way, too.
Based on what other people have reported, pdocs in general trust mood charts more than online tests and quizzes. Partly this might be because a mood chart reflects changes over time, and bipolar is an episodic illness, so how it plays out over time is vital to know. An online quiz captures what you think at a given moment - not that there is something wrong with it, but it simply does not give that overall picture of mood fluctuations. Plus, the setup, too - the way questions are phrased affects how you respond.
I am not saying that you are wrong in your observations - your suspicion seems to be spot on, because it does sound bipolar, the way you went from depression to being wound up. I am just saying that you need to be prepared that the pdoc might be a bit dismissive of the online quiz. Be prepared...
