If circadian rhythms are a problem for you you might try taking melatonin in the afternoon to reset your sleep patterns. By taking it in the afternoon your body starts getting ready for the evening. It's been working for me but don't start if you need to be alert and/or drive until you know how it affects you. I take 10mg plus I now have a nightly routine that tells my body it's getting ready for sleep.
