I had my therapy session today, the 4th with my new T. I wish my emotions wouldn't shut off just before I go in!! Most unhelpful. And then they turn back on when I leave, sigh. Good news is that both she and my doc don't think I have schizophrenia, which I was afraid I might have because of my inner people. We are now exploring more about them. Feeling very down this evening so I thought I would check in here.
