I agree with Halliebeth to check your lithium levels. I don't know anything about Seroquel, but I do take lithium and my pdoc told me to stop taking it for a day if I had an upset stomach, and to stop taking it altogether if my hands start shaking. Not saying that's what it is in your case, but it is possible. Best to check it out. Get your levels checked and talk to your pdoc or pharmacist.
