It's strange, post-shower I always feel better — even with the FMS symptoms — because I feel clean. And I feel good about it. And then I tell myself I won't wait so long next time, that from then on I'll shower regularly. Then... I don't know what happens. I suppose all the reasons given in this thread are what happens.
