Feel better today -- no headache. Talked with my T who had many helpful ideas about ways to use language so I am not always putting myself down in little ways but recognizing what I do right.

I had a business card made, since I am looking for work -- whether or job or freelance consulting -- and after it was printed, I thought how childish it was, and how could I think that anyone would see it as professional. It is not a typical business card, but creatively uses my communication background.

He looked at it and said, "This is very good. Why would you think it was silly or childish?"
