It sounds like you're having a set back, but remember, this is the up and down of these disorders. I'm a little hypomanic right now, but coming out of a near full-blown manic phase. It was scary and felt like it would last forever, but it didn't. You'll come back down to normal, it just feels like it might be forever, but it won't be.
I'm sorry you're going through PTSD, that must be horrible. Maybe you could try to do something to distract yourself from your thoughts. Take advantage of your manic energy and make it something positive!
