I think having a honest talk with mom and letting her know that what she wants you to do you just don't feel you are able to accomplish is in order.that you have been trying and your grades will prove you aren't able to do. I think you will be more successful if you have a solid plan in mind of what you do what to do to present to her. she just wants to see you to have a successful future.
