If yoga made things better for me sickchick then I would do it. If it works for you then great, got for it.

Yoga is about the breath and focusing inside and letting go. I have been to yoga sessions and as i got into it my body would start to spasm. I didn't have control of myself. This has happened on more than one occasion. I also had a very weird noise erupt from my mouth. It is embarrasing. Spasms happen in my life. They are hard to deal with emotionally and physically.

Yoga does not bring me freedom. It brings me pain. It does not help me to break out.
