Thank you for this! I actually am very interested in group therapy as it was recommended by my last T but I was too afraid to do it. You said it is effective for ppl with anxiety. I've been concerned about how I would do anxiety wise in a group setting. I wonder how the groups work through anxiety attacks in group. My anxiety peaks with my vulnerability and I fear having an attack in a group setting.
