Hello I am sorry that you are having a hard time sleeping at this time. Do you have a therapist and DR at this time? If so you may need to call your DR and tell the Dr that you are having a hard time sleeping, so your medication should be adjusted accordingly. If this is not an option at this time, calling a local pharmacy and speaking to a pharmacist who can recommend something stronger or more appropriate may help you to sleep better. Taking a walk after dinner sometimes helps as well, I also limit watching TV (I stop watching TV 1-2 hours before bedtime) and using a computer late at night because the light interferes with my sleep.
