I have suffered from Insomnia since I was 12 , yeah long time... 3-4 hours a nite is my normal.
I have tried literally every medication possible... What I have learned is this
Yes its fun to have all the extra time to clean and create and what not.. But you must force yourself to lay down and stay down, meditate whatever, Your body needs to be horizontal for at least 4-6 hours. Sometimes you'll just fall asleep by accident.
Practice good sleep hygiene , it really does make a huge difference.
