What kind of medication do you use for BP depression? I am doing better than I was before since I started eating a lot better, getting some bloodwork done, and finding out that I was very low on vit B12 and iron; and therefore getting more of that into me also! ( Injections and supplements). But my question is still the same. Winter is coming (no pun intended GOT-fans), and so is my seasonal high and then massive crash. Feel like maybe I should be better prepared this time and look into some meds that could help the depression when it comes. Hopefully it wont, but in four years of experience with this, it does...
