Hello there,

Other then Borderline Personality Disorder, I have bi-polar and anxiety. I came to ask you here in BPD this question because I believe you have more experience in isolating.

I am thinking I need to stop my social media interactions lately (not here). Facebook, and commenting on youtube and other news media sites.

Reasons, (ok the crazy part) because my and my husbands karma has a couple tweaks lately - falling, dropping, breaking - and I am afraid that I am interacting to much with the world and causing it. Yes, it might sound nuts, but if I believe it then it is real to me.

I just am terrified of saying or doing something that would bring any bad luck to us, and I have been over-interacting with people about my opinions. No one seems upset - but still my automatic response to the unexplained negative signs lately is, if I stop interacting, then we can't harm anything and we will be safe.

I pretty much decided. But, how to do it then? I found a Carol Burnett song video that would fit which I could add, plus I could say - "laying off social media for awhile - going to focus more on some tasks (that part is a lie)- hope the best for everyone. Until we meet again <3?

Something like that.
