Is there any way to see a doctor and a specialist if you are on SSDI/Medicare A and cannot pay $104 a month?

Let's say you don't even have access to $104 a month, not through credit cards, not by borrowing - no $104 month from anywhere. And let's say you don't want to end up with bills you cannot pay.

Are there any programs or free clinics that have specialists? Any program that will cover the cost of $104 payments until you can get approved for fee assistance?

I'm in Massachusetts.
