Is there 1 or 2 older brothers that have molested?
Questions aside, I would hope you are in a place now that protects you from direct contact with your older brother(s) and I also hope your MIL understands what is going on. An older woman can be quite a comfort at times like this. Your spouse can help a great deal as well if he/she fully understands the situation.
Hopefully you can clarify your situation a little better for us so we may know how best to guide you. And see a therapist/psychiatrist if you have not done so yet.

no one is in danger. Oldest brother died 3 yrs ago. younger brother is in prison for breaking parole his original charge was molesting and he will not be living with us. I am not receiving treatment for PTSD but did for 10 yrs in the past. At this time I am not able to see therapist since hubby retired and have no insurance. I will be looking into other options as suggested to me though.
I chose to take my younger brothers animals in and holding his things for when he does get out of prison The maximum time he has left to serve out of 20 yrs is 3 1/2 yrs. Emotions vary from caring to anger.
