This is my opinion.

Not all dr get it and they certainly do make mistakes.

So you saw a new dr in the interim who knows nothing about your background and hadn't read your notes but felt he had the authority to pass an opinion - more like a judgment in my eyes.

Wait til your regular dr comes back. See another dr in the interim if need be but honestly take their opinion with a grain of salt.

You can not possibly get sound advice for a very complex diagnosis in a matter of 10 minutes. It's just not going to happen.
