Well, we were talking about how important was for me getting a diagnosis. I guess other people don't want to know for the fact that running away from labels.
I think I was moré awared of how to improve since I had a name by which I could name my problem.
I discovered how many people had to face to similar feelings and experiences as me.
I would tell you that if you think it could help you, give another proffessional's diagnosis a try.
Anyway, I think Cognitive-Behavioural therapy is the best for both disorders: BPD and AvPD.
