You are not annoying at all.

If it's very bad for you, perhaps you should consider going to the emergency room...They see lots of this kind of thing there.

If that's not an options, what about a warm bath? Shower?
Take deep breaths (hyperventilating will make you dizzy), find something totally ridiculous to watch to give you something to focus on.

And unless you have experienced it, you don't understand an attack. It's a very real thing.
A lot of people don't understand that something mental can cause such physical distress.....
