Take deep breaths (hyperventilating will make you dizzy), find something totally ridiculous to watch to give you something to focus on.
And unless you have experienced it, you don't understand an attack. It's a very real thing.
A lot of people don't understand that something mental can cause such physical distress.....

nobody will pick me up to hospital right now when my parents are sleeping already..
I thought about bath but I'm kinda worried if I feel so dizzy and weak if I wouldn't pass out in the bathroom .__.
I'm trying 4 square breathing. and feel like I breathe kind of too less:s and breathing itself is kinda heavy.. yeah watching something silly sound like a good idea, I haven't watch cartoons for a while
I know this.. but they saw my attacks, saw how I felt down on the street, and yet they don't care at all....
eh. this heavy breathing still worries me, same with thyroid, thought if my panic attack didn't came from this, I don't know if I should finally go to blood tests tomorrow when I feel so bad..
