(((Stronger))), sorry you are experiencing a PTSD cycle, remember they are like waves, they come in, crest, and receed. You can work through this challenging one, you have before, you can do it.
When you have them "acknowledge" whatever message comes, acknowledge the emotions and say to yourself, "Yes I see that, I am working on it, I am going to be ok "now". A PTSD cycle is a "question" Stronger, these can get "weaker" as you acknowlege them and work through them when they take place.
