I really like when therapists have plants in the office. I guess they're sort of symbolic of life and hope and growth for me. I know that sounds cheesy, but... *shrug*
And things to keep warm are really important. When I'm stressed or scared or dealing with trauma stuff, I get really cold. That just makes me feel worse. So blankets, space heater, stuff like that. I had one therapist who got mad when I put my jacket back on during a session, and that really didn't work for me.
