I see you live in the States. I'm wondering if there are laws that would protect you? If it's just getting the cold shoulder... Is there a chance there's at least one person who is human in there you could befriend? Sometimes that's all it takes to get the snowball effect, or if not, at least you wouldn't be surrounded :/ Maybe someone else has more helpful advice for you.
