My apologies if this comes across as being challenging but I am concerned about some things that you wrote:

Quote:
it requires that I be as skinny as possible
Being as skinny as possible is not a healthy choice - it is called starvation - do you think that is a good idea for you?

Quote:
I have to eat incredibly healthy just to justify the consumption of ANY calories.
All people need a calorie intake in the range of 1200-1400/day though it varies depending on age, sex and weight. This is called the Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) - it is essentially metabolic "fuel" for your liver, brain, kidneys, heart etc. BMR is the *bare minimum* - it takes no account of physical activity. A calorie intake which is less than BMR is not sustainable - it can have dire health consequences.

I suggest that you talk with a professional dietitian (s/he will be able to review what you eat and make evidence-based suggestions) and with an exercise physiologist (s/he will be able to offer you evidence-based suggestions about healthy exercise).
