I look at my t if I am ok, but as soon as we talk about something I am uncomfortable with, I look out of the window. If he insists we continue on the difficult subject & I am still looking out of the window, sometimes I say out loud, oh look, there's a squirrel, or there's a mahusive bird to take the attention & focus away from me!!! However, he is getting quite cute to my avoidance tactics!! Lol XXX
