I don't know if I would add anything. I would like her to get rid of some things: the pillows and all the cliche decorative items. I know she's "bland and boring" (like me!), but she could have chosen more unique items.

My Pdoc's office, on the other hand, needs an overhaul! It's a sad office. A little desk, her chair, 2 crappy chairs for clients, and an old bookshelf...that's all. No decorations whatsoever. And it's a newly remodeled corner office! I also wish she would wear her wedding ring! I thought she was married to her job until she told me she was pregnant with her 3rd child and is married.
