There is a whole bunch. The first step is being aware of the thinking which it sounds like you are. When I am real depressed I often obsess about all the issues around it. When I am doing good I don't think about it. You are welcome to PM with the specifics on what you are obsessing about. I dunno how much help I can be but I can try.
