Hey there...wish I could give some good ideas but as geis stated, but I can too relate to that. It has taken me on a journey which in many ways was scary, but worthwhile. One of the big things for me was to realise I survived, by developing this thing to enable my survival. You and the gang are heroes, but the time has come when the old ways of Coping are no longer the best ways for NOW.
