Hey Jebo94,

First off, you said this:

(Ps sorry if it seems I'm posting a lot atm, you can all tell me to get lost if you want!!)
Don't ever feel that way on here! You are welcome and always will be!

You are not alone - know that there are other options for you elsewhere if you need to find it. You may have to look elsewhere and in my opinion you should - just in case you are not allowed back in.

I can empathize greatly with you on this. Last year I was in an intensive program and broke a picture frame and was kicked out. Not only did they send me to a different hospital - they told me not to return to the program... Without getting into it - I'll just say that every therapist I had worked with up until that point - worked there. It was a huge loss for me. I left crying the words, "you kicked me from my home."

I understand what you're going through.

You must be feeling alone in the world - and that is not fair whatsoever. I agree that this doctor just wasn't doing his job - and in my opinion needs to be reported to an ethics board. To tell someone in distress that they are faking something - then decide the best course of action is to ban them - is just pure nonsense. Especially because this doctor had no prior affiliation with you outside of hearsay.

I think this doctor should be reviewed - but that is secondary to your health - so put that aside for now and figure out what you can do about your health. That is your priority.

I think you have experienced the dark side of the mental health industry - and I am so sorry I can't be the one to call this doctor and explain just how, "fragile," a decision he has made. I would love to call in and ream out whoever is responsible and remind them just how delicate we can be. It's not something to be taken lightly. Ever.

No health condition should be given a max of 10 minutes to analyse. It took me 4 ****ing years to get a proper diagnosis - and in that time - not one of my psychiatrists had any idea of what was actually going on! The just fed me pills and said I was psychotic. Little did they know there was a reason for all my issues... Sounds like this doctor you had a running in with is similar.

**On a side note: Why do you think he said you were fine and no longer needed their services? Can you think of ANY reason(s) why he would even say this? What was your initial reaction to him saying this? Did you defend yourself?**

Thanks,
HD7970ghz
